Scuba Diving in Paros & Antiparos

Paros offers a varied setting for divers, with sheltered shallows, rocky reefs, underwater walls, natural caverns and historic wrecks around Paros and Antiparos. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Center, Paros Elite supports both first-time visitors and qualified divers from a professional base in Parikia.

Beginners can start with a carefully guided first scuba dive in Paros. The experience begins with clear instruction and equipment preparation, followed by simple skills in shallow water and a gradual dive with a PADI professional. Progress depends on each participant’s comfort, ability and the conditions on the day; reaching the maximum permitted depth is never treated as the objective.

Qualified guests can join our programme of diving for certified divers. These are boat-based outings planned around two dives, giving the group the opportunity to visit two suitable underwater environments during the same trip. Routes and depth profiles are selected according to certification level, recent experience, individual interests and sea conditions. A specific wreck, cavern or deeper site is never guaranteed simply because it appears online.

The dive sites in Paros and Antiparos include relaxed reefs as well as walls, swim-throughs, caverns and wreck-diving options for appropriately qualified divers. This range allows different profiles to be considered without forcing every diver into the same plan. Local knowledge matters: wind, sea state, visibility and the experience within the group all influence the final site choice.

Visitors who want to learn or progress can explore our PADI courses in Paros, from entry-level training to continuing education and professional development. Training uses real local conditions while keeping the pace appropriate to the student.
