Beach Lifeguard Upgrade
Upgrade Your Training to Beach Lifeguard
Students who wish to expand their certification can participate in an additional open-water training module. This upgrade focuses on rescue operations in coastal environments.

- Rip current awareness
- Rescue board techniques
- Rescue tube operations
- Beach emergency procedures

The program combines theory with practical training, covering rescue techniques, CPR & AED, open water rescue, first aid, risk assessment, and lifeguard surveillance. Through real-life scenarios and professional instruction, participants gain the confidence, awareness, and practical ability needed to protect lives and operate safely in aquatic environments.

Who Can Join
The course is suitable for future professional lifeguards, water sports staff, hotel employees, dive professionals, as well as athletes and swimmers who wish to develop professional rescue skills and water safety knowledge.
Training Location
Training takes place in Paros, combining pool practice, open water scenarios, and coastal rescue simulations. Participants train in the clear waters of the Aegean Sea, gaining valuable real-life rescue experience.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for participation is 16 years old. However, according to Greek regulations, professional employment as a lifeguard requires participants to be at least 18 years old.
